Sectors
Four sectors where Labacorp Energy originates projects, assembles capability and structures the route to contract.

Upstream exploration and production, refining, storage and product distribution — from PSC positioning and drilling support through to EPC packages, tank farms and offtake.

Cameroon's iron ore, bauxite, gold and critical mineral potential, plus the quarrying and aggregates capacity that infrastructure delivery depends on. We structure exploration, concession and contracting routes.

Hydroelectric, solar and biomass generation alongside grid and off-grid infrastructure — creating EPC, equipment supply and project finance opportunities across Cameroon's diversifying energy mix.

Technical and HSE training that builds local capability, satisfies local content requirements and gives operators a qualified Cameroonian workforce from day one of a project.
Cameroon energy sector
Cameroon combines mature producing basins, an expanding gas-to-power agenda and a new wave of downstream refining and storage capacity. The state's national hydrocarbons corporation, SNH, manages the country's interests through Production Sharing Contracts, opening a structured path for international operators, contractors and financiers.

The Rio del Rey and Douala/Kribi-Campo basins remain Cameroon's core producing provinces, with open acreage across Ndian River, Bakassi, Bomono and Kombe-Nsepe positioned for the next tender round under the Production Sharing Contract framework.

Associated and non-associated gas is being channelled into domestic power generation, LNG and industrial supply, with the offshore Etinde development among the anchor gas projects supporting national demand growth.

New refining and strategic storage capacity in Kribi is designed to cut import dependence, secure product supply and open EPC, equipment, inspection and distribution scopes across the execution phase.

Hydroelectric and biomass generation complement hydrocarbons in Cameroon's energy mix, creating infrastructure, EPC and financing opportunities alongside the oil and gas value chain.
Upstream activity is governed by Production Sharing Contracts negotiated with SNH, setting work programmes, cost recovery and profit-oil splits.
Exploration drilling, well services, EPC and equipment supply, refinery execution, storage, logistics and product distribution.
Credible technical partners, a compliant local structure and relationships with the operators and institutions awarding the work.
Projects
Live opportunity areas where Labacorp Energy can structure participation for operators, contractors and investors.

Cameroon–Equatorial Guinea offshore border
Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea signed the Yoyo–Yolanda Unitisation Agreement on 3 February 2026, clearing the decisive regulatory hurdle for joint development of the transboundary gas field held through Chevron and Noble Energy interests. SNH confirms the project has entered the development phase, and its engineering work has already scoped the downstream infrastructure that the additional gas supply will require.

A strong target for contractors and financiers positioning early on Cameroon's next major gas build-out.

National coverage, Cameroon
X-Vision delivers a rapid overview of a territory's subsurface potential, narrowing vast areas to prospective zones and cutting the uncertainty that sits at the front end of exploration and investment planning. Applied nationally in Cameroon, it gives decision-makers an evidence base for where to explore next — and where not to spend.
